 A Gib board lifter is designed to make your life easier and to save on labour. This means you can lift gib board up to the ceilings with 1 person instead of 2-4 people. It works more accurately and is a lot safer on your back and yourself. Most gib board lifters can take a total weight of 68.18 kg and can lift up to 5 metres. The lifting mechanism has a safety brake and is fitted with heavy duty casters for easy movement.
A gib board lifter also has a tilting function which allows for easy loading of gib board. The tilt is usually 20 degree side to side. Once a piece of gib board is loaded, it can easily be rotated 360 degrees for placement.
The gib board lifter can easily be folded down into a compact size which would fit into most car boots. On average the net weight is 43 kgs.
